Is Clinexaa cloud-based or installed on my own server?
Both. Clinexaa runs on standard cPanel/PHP hosting on your own domain, so your data stays under your control. It's delivered as a single package you install through a guided setup wizard — no coding required.
Can I use my own logo and branding?
Yes. Clinexaa is fully white-label — your logo, colours, name and domain. Patients and staff experience it as your clinic's own system.
Does it work on mobile?
Absolutely. The platform is fully responsive and installs as an app-like experience on phones and tablets, with a bottom navigation bar for staff on the move.
Can it handle multiple branches?
Yes. Run several locations from one system, with each branch's day kept separate and consolidated reporting for owners and managers.
What about insurance claims?
Clinexaa has a dedicated insurance workflow that itemises medicines for insurers, splits patient vs insurer amounts, and tracks every claim through to payment.
Do you support payments and multiple currencies?
Yes. Online card payments via Stripe and pricing/billing in 9+ currencies with automatic tax — ideal for the GCC, India and global clinics.
Is my data secure?
Each staff member gets their own login with role-based access, sessions are encrypted with CSRF protection, and you control the hosting and backups.
How long does setup take?
